I personally dont have any specific artist, I like pretty much all of them. The essence of music most of the time gets lost in the big busineses or corrupted.
For me, what I really like about music it is the lyrics because they are small poems with rhythnm, "Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and cannot remain silent"- Victor Hugo. It has every feeling in it, which can be expressed in the lyrics or just in a simple melody.
I like every kind of music, from classical to modern, from the 20's to the 90's, from the laudest to the most quite ones. Music comes from everything, it might be from a voice, instrument, or the song of a bird, sound of the air or sea, thats what especially I love about music that it can be found even in the silence.
Music, relaxes, rufuges the soul, bring peace and unites people, it represents a really important part of me because music plays an important role in history from the music of a tribe, the national anthem of a country, the music of the 60's that represented big revolutionary events in wars or the recognition of human rights..etc. Likewise, in my life, when i was sad, happy or mad music was there to identify my feelings and made me feel better, when i needed and advice, music was there, when i needed something to fall asleep, music helped me, for an important event of my life, music played a big part of that event.
Music has been a really important part of my life, it represents who i am and in general, whether it is an specific musician, instrument or genre, if it wasn't thanks to music i dont know how different myself, my life and my way to see thing would've be.
